What we collect and why
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode or village, the service you need and your preferred timing. A phone number and further job details are optional. We use these details to reply, assess the work, prepare a quote and, if you choose to proceed, arrange your clean. Without your contact details, we cannot reply.
For a quote or booking, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to carry out that contract. For general questions, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. We do not use this form to sign you up to marketing, and we do not make automated booking or pricing decisions.
Please do not send payment details, alarm or key codes, or sensitive personal information through this form.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the form, your details are sent securely to FormSubmit for delivery to our business inbox at info@twitchill.co.uk. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. Its spam check uses Google reCAPTCHA. Our email provider processes the resulting email, and only people who need the information to handle your enquiry or cleaning work should access it.
Read FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy for details of those services. They may process information outside the UK. You can email us directly if you prefer not to use the form service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer your request and deal with related follow-up. If you book a clean, relevant details become part of the booking records and are kept as needed to deliver the work, deal with queries and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We consider whether an enquiry is still active, whether work was booked, and whether there are unresolved questions when deciding what to retain.
Using this website
Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as requests and IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. The website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage, and its fonts are served locally. Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, whose security checks may use cookies under its own privacy information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask us to restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Email info@twitchill.co.uk so we can consider your request. Some records may need to be retained where a legal requirement applies.
